itis the most awfull machine

itis the most awfull machine to use if its cable was any thicker i would need sombody to help me my overall opinion is its Rubbish

Not a recent buy but.

It works just perfect. My only complaint would be the fragile nature of the water bottle and I never found a mention of being able to add a disenfectant to the water

This product was what I expected as it does floors and sinks. It does an excellent job in the bath tub surround as well.

Good purchase and does the job.

I just ordered a 2nd replacement tank FOC, not the whole steamer and accessories, as my 2nd tank had cracked after only a short while. Daniel was amazing and extremely accommodating in replacing this for me and even sent me a realy good free gift for my trouble. I have since ordered 2 filters which arrived in double quick time. I cannot fault the company and despite the hiccups with my water tank I've been very pleased with the steamer.

Bought Another One

I loved my last steam cleaner but just wish the heating element lasted longer than two years.
